YOGA
Hannah's yoga classes are inspired by her years as a professional contemporary dancer, Ashtanga and Rocket styles of yoga, and her knowledge of functional anatomy. She blends traditional sequences with creative and fun transitions while incorporating strengthening exercises, accessible alignment, and easy-to-follow pose breakdowns. Each of Hannah's classes includes a breath-led, full-body warm-up followed by dynamic sequences to challenge students physically and mentally. She closes all of her classes with deep stretches, savasana, and three breaths altogether.
Hannah often tells her students to "take what you need, leave what you don't," and is continuously providing opportunities for students to make each practice suited to their needs.
